  11.  Does anybody know if it possible to set a floor for fallback in above modem.
  12. It's plain vanilla Rockwell w BIOS 3.9 from 10 of May 1995. It's said the
  13. modem is extremly vulnerable to line quality. It Usually uses LAP-M w/
  14. CONNECT at 28800, but after a few seconds its down to only hundreds of
